The guide includes 5 (five) 45-minute sessions, in which the participant is taken through a methodology to design his/her own Business Plan with a financial projection that will help him/her understand what he/she actually earns or will earn in the venture. In this way it is seen if the business is sustainable over time or what should be included to make it so.
In each session different aspects are addressed that the participant evaluates and works on in a Workbook so that at the end the Plan of your venture is completed.
By having a Plan that helps you to implement the idea you have or improve your business, you have a route that will allow you to determine if you are aligned to what is expected or if there are deviations, you can check to correct them.
In my experience as a Mentor of entrepreneurship I have seen how this helps immensely to understand how to better design the foundations for a business while minimizing investment risk and time.
